Our Church Mental Health Days, are for everyone in the church. We believe that people with mental health issues are best supported when the whole church is involved, and it’s not just left to a few key individuals.
A Church Mental Health Day usually runs from 9:30am – 3:30pm (or whatever time suits you best) with breaks and lunch, and is a great way to get the whole congregation thinking about how they can support each other through hard times in practical ways.

We do this using a range of case studies, discussions, videos, and group work. So there is something for everyone to get involved in and understand more about what poor mental health looks like and how they can support those experiencing it.

This depends on your venue capacity. Many churches host between 40–200 attendees just let us know what your maximum capacity is when you book.
No. The partnership model is based on shared responsibilities. Your church provides the venue and practical hosting support, while Encourage Mental Health manages ticketing, speakers, promotion support, and training delivery.
No. The training is suitable for volunteers, pastoral teams, youth workers, small group leaders, safeguarding teams, and anyone supporting people within church life. We love it when everyone gets involved. Mental health struggles are common and the more people we can train to respond well the better we can support everyone without anyone burning out.
